About AZW Format
What is AZW?
AZW is Amazon's proprietary e-book file format used for Kindle devices and applications. It's based on the MOBI format but includes Amazon's DRM (Digital Rights Management) protection.
AZW3 (also known as KF8) is a newer version that supports more formatting features, while AZW4 is used for Kindle Print Replica books.
